Alteration can be done at minimal charges. However, altered article will not be exchanged.
Shipping and Delivery
There are no separate charges for shipping.
We aim to deliver orders to you within 3-8 working days.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing the shipment details for your order. The AWB No., ie. Air Way Bill Number is the tracking no. through which you can track your parcel.
If you receive a damaged parcel, please DO NOT accept it and inform us at info.threadtheory@gmail.com.
We make sure that all the parcels are perfectly packed and wrapped with security tapes when they are dispatched from our order-processing unit. Largelove.com will not be responsible for lost items if you accept a damaged parcel.
If you have received a product/order you did not order, please DO NOT accept the order.
If it was accepted by someone else, then please inform us about the order at info@large-love.com, we will get that shipped back to us to our warehouse.
You will be informed as soon as your order is dispatched . Our logistics provider will then reach you to deliver the order. In case you are not available to take the delivery at first attempt, you may suggest a preferred time of delivery.
An attempt is made to deliver the order at your preferred time. If no one is available to receive your order at this time, a second attempt is made after confirming with the customer. If the order is not received at second attempt then the order comes back to our warehouse.
The order will be cancelled and your refund as Large Love Coupon code, if any, will be processed within 7 days.
